Went for the SSO(Singapore Symphony Orchestra) Concert on Thursday..
A really new experience for all of us.. Haha
It was for The Making of Mahler's Tenth. Symphony No.10. Live recording of 90 minutes.
Thanks to Mr Adrian Chiang that we got to get free tickets for the Concert. Consider it as a bonding time for us -band outing.
That was the first time I saw a Tuba mute with my own eyes.. Cool!!
Wonder if is there such thing as Eupho Mute? haha
French horn players were wonderful.. Oboe and horns had many solo in between the movements.
Perfect balancing of sound. Extremely heavy, dark, and passionate on the Scherzo.
Expresses Gustav Mahler's feelings and emotions as he was composing the tenth and found out that his wife had an affair.. Perfect
Hoping for more concerts together with KRSB! =D

FridayFriday's lesson is always a short one.
Only remembered walking round the school and finally found a place for sketching and drawing of buildings for Art lesson.
Still have a weird feeling of it.. I don't feel so nice about it. I've already thought through..
I mean, I told him, but what he said.. I have this feeling that he don't mean what he say, and he doesn't want to care. Don't blame him for being angry with me, and reacting this way.
Went for band.. Spoke to Ms Tan yh about the proposals for the band overseas trip. Decided to go for Thailand instead of Hong Kong. thought it might be a good experience and very out of the inside experience. Compared to modern countries like Hong kong and Japan, even though many hopes to go for Hong Kong because of Disney Land. =.=
Chose December for the trip so that the sec4s can join us.. excited for it, so i have to start planning now..
Started on the song Congratulations and Blue Ridge Saga..
1st time is always a bad one.. I guess many of the members still don't really understand ms tan yh's conducting.. Not used to it.. Anyway,she said our band is heartless and Hopeless?
Horrible.. How can the band strive for more if she herself doesn't have faith in us?
She still really don't understand our band. I think she need more to go into and really understand how our band is like. But she herself isn't putting into our attitudes and behaiour, but only in Music Wise. How?
Everything is changing.
Went for Bostion Brass concert after Band. A last minute decision. xD
Same time had to borrow our isntruments. Which means needing to bring our heavy instruments to NUS there.. went for Prata for dinner first..

Had to walk a damn long way there.. Super tiring, especially with our instruments lah.. uhh..
Anyway, we took turns carrying it, so had to thank ke xin, nelson, kenneth and wen shuo. Haha
Bag was super heavy, so i exchanged with nelson.. which is like so damn cool. haha
As usual, I didn't regret going.. This is my 2nd time going for Bostion Brass
But had to say that last year's one was a better one with more performance by the Bostion Brass.With entertainment and movements by them, but not this year. Kind of disappointed, but their live performance was a great one, but was a song from the Disc ''Latin Night'' I bought last year..
STC girls and ACS barker boys was there.. Almost the whole of STC band went for it.
Met alexis and Nadia. But se lea didnt go this time..
It was like such a coincidence. Saw michael & the ACS barker band's CM.
Took photos with the Boston Brass performers after that.. As usual of last year.. xD
